About Caffeinated Math

Caffeinated Math is a free collection of interactive math lessons, which we call explorations, and step-by-step calculators. It is built for students, teachers, and anyone who wants to understand why a result comes out the way it does, not just what the answer is.

What you will find here

• 323 explorations that pair a written explanation with values you can drag and charts that update as you change them. Topics range from algebra and calculus to statistics, probability, linear algebra, finance, physics, chemistry, and machine learning.
• 188 calculators that show each step of the work along with the final number.

How the content is built and checked

Every exploration and calculator is defined in a structured file that includes test cases with known answers, and automated checks run before each update is published. Mistakes still slip through, so if something looks wrong, please tell us at support@caffeinatedmath.com. Include the page link and the values you entered, and we will correct it.

Who makes it

Caffeinated Math is built and maintained by HJJB, LLC, which also publishes the webRios and U.S. Citizenship Test Prep apps.

How the site is funded
